It’s the people who make Airpelago. 💙

Last week, we brought the whole team to Bohus Malmön (Swedish Archipelago, which inspired our company name) for the largest get-together in the company's history. Some 40+ people, including several new recruits. Logistics are becoming an issue at Airpelago 👏

Yes, there were workshops, goals setting, fancy slides and plenty of strategy talk. But even more importantly, there was time to connect. Sharing, learning, laughing, competing - simply spending time together beyond projects, flights and slack channels.

As Airpelago continues to grow across markets, new teams and new countries, moments like these remind us that behind every project, every deliverable and every new milestone is a fantastic group of people working together to move things forward. We’re very proud of the culture we’ve built, and determined to protect it as we grow.
