Earlier in May, the entire Airpelago team came together once again for our annual Spring Conference, spending two fantastic days at a beautiful lakeside retreat in southern Sweden.‍

What started as a small gathering just a few years ago has now grown into something truly special. Over the course of the conference, we connected across teams, shared ideas, held AI workshops and simply enjoyed spending time together outside of our day-to-day operations. From team-building activities and strategic sessions to late evening conversations by the lake, the days were filled with energy, inspiration, and a strong sense of motivation.

One major impression throughout the conference was just how much Airpelago has grown in such a short period of time. Yet despite that growth, we are proud to have preserved the culture, collaboration, and close-knit spirit that defined the company from the very beginning.

As we continue scaling autonomous drone inspection across the energy sector, moments like these remind us that our greatest strength is, and always will be, the people behind the technology.
